ReplyDeleteQuand tu visites une ville et est dans le besoin, l'Hôtel de Ville t'offre des toilettes gratuites mais je n'ai pas essayé celles de Versailles.
This looks quite festive for a town hall. I guess it is supposed to make people feel better if they have to go meet with a bureaucrat to get a building permit or complain about their property tax.
