The Archangel Michael stands in a little garden outside Saint Michael's church in Porchefontaine which I showed you yesterday. Sorry I didn't comment yesterday. I sort of gave up... Blogger...
L'Archange Michel s'élève dans un petit jardin public devant l'église Saint-Michel que je vous montrais hier. Désolée de n'avoir pas commenté hier, mais j'ai abandonné...
Current time and life over here, feels as if there might be need for him, again.
ReplyDeletePlease have a good weekend ahead.

Wonderful close-up. The lighting is especially nice and well captured. Ditto on the Blogger mess.
ReplyDeleteYes, what is up with blogger anyway?
ReplyDeleteThis is such a strong sculpture.
Beautiful photos!

Oh nice! I think every town has a Saint Michael's!
ReplyDeleteNice lighting on the close-up, I like the shadows.
ReplyDeleteIt was eerily quiet with blogger down.
If this angel were in my garden would he help me with the weeding?
ReplyDeleteHe always seems to be portrayed with such a sweet face.
ReplyDeleteBlogger was a mess yesterday. I don't have a blogger blog but it made it difficult to comment.

L'Archange du Mont St Michel a un casque mais le même air un peu niais en terrassant du même geste auguste le dragon comme si c'était une mouche.
ReplyDeleteI always like St. Michael--not that I knew him personally---but I still like him.
ReplyDeleteI am home--finally. I love it on the ranch. They branded the last of the calves the day I arrived but I was too late.

Ya, he should come down and kick some ass!
ReplyDeleteBlogger was a problem. I asked the Archangel Michael for assistance, but he said archangels don't get involved in such minor stuff, and that I'd need to locate a lesser angel.
ReplyDeleteThat's when I gave up!
Le sculpteur n'avait pas l'air très inspiré... comme Google hier...
ReplyDeleteVery nice sculpture. That is exactly how I've seen archangels pictured.
ReplyDeleteBlogger was frustrating, since I live in a technology environment I could feel for the support staff and whoever performed the maintenance.
Such beautiful art :)
ReplyDeleteLove that angelic face! Glad blogger is back up :-D
ReplyDeleteIt's such a beautiful sculpture and I like a lot the second!I also love the church in your previous post.
ReplyDeleteI had some problems with google and my blog account. Today looks normal at least!
I wish you a lovely weekend!
hugs

Lovely sculpture, Michele is my son's name..,
ReplyDeleteThis is a rather sweet version of the archangel.
ReplyDeleteLooks like this angel is at war. I hope its feathers didn't get too ruffled.
ReplyDeleteSuch a feminine face for a dragon slayer.
ReplyDeleteCool photo...
ReplyDeleteI like, I like.
