Last week I showed you the railway bridge in Porchefontaine. What's beneath it is interesting too: a photographic exhibition of parks and gardens in Versailles! Check out more bridges @ San Francisco Bay Daily Photo!

WOW! I love the colors of the stones and the bright photo exhibtion!
ReplyDeleteThe golden light on the curve is stunning and how wonderful that the bridge is adorned with artwork!
ReplyDeleteBises,

ReplyDeleteIt seems like an odd marriage, but it works. The pictures seem so modern and the bridge is so old. Funky, but I love it!!
ReplyDeleteI think that exhibition is a wonderful idea...are any of your photos displayed there?
ReplyDeleteRe your question about "I'm trying!" - the box, as I recall, was filled with free advertising flyers...
Hope you have a great Sunday!
what a great venue for an exhibition. a pedestrian can easily stop and admire these photos. the stonework is beautiful, too.
ReplyDeleteHow delightful. The photos are like windows in the stone wall, showing beautiful views from your wonderful city.

I'm glad to see that the artwork is respected and not abused. It's like looking through windows. Beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThat is a neat exhibit and outdoors even. Thank you for the birthday wishes.
ReplyDeleteSeeing the photographs on display under the bridge is certainly unexpected. They look good against the rought stones.
ReplyDeletewonderful and interesting bridge photo!
ReplyDeleteThat might be a dangerous distraction while driving! :) I like the colorful and lighted presentation.
ReplyDeleteThis remarkable bridge is also an art gallery....pretty cool. The way you captured the light on the stones is awesome...and the vivid green of the second painting on the left really catches your eye. Nice shot;nice composition.
ReplyDeleteLove the outdoor gallery. What a marvelous distraction!
ReplyDeleteLife under the bridge.
ReplyDeleteOne must walk slowly to study all the photographs...very nice! Good work, Ciel
ReplyDeleteVery different place to find an exhibition about photography! Really nice!
ReplyDeletebon dimanche!

ReplyDeletelovely stonework and a very nice exhibition too!
ReplyDeleteWhat a grand idea. MB
ReplyDeleteHow pretty. I'd have to walk along the road so I could see them all.
ReplyDeleteA nice idea, this is impossible here, they would steal everything.
ReplyDeleteOnce again alarming difference from here in what you typically find under a bridge! Fascinating
ReplyDelete@ VP: I'm surprised nothing has happened to them.
ReplyDeleteWow, this is fantastic!
ReplyDeleteThe stone structure is absolutely stunning. How are these pieces kept clean and so colorful in weather?
ReplyDeleteUnusual gallery and use of space.
ReplyDeleteFabulous to have the photo exhibition outside on this stone wall.
ReplyDeleteWow, what a great idea! Is this permanent or just a seasonal thing?
ReplyDeleteThis is a fantastic bridge and a great way to showcase the parks and gardens for visitors.
