The funfair is back! I'm no fan but I like photographing it. Here's a red, red, red late afternoon shot for James' Weekend Reflections.
------------------------
Safari School?
ReplyDeleteRed indeed. I like the reflection.
ReplyDeleteLooks like it is ablaze! Great catch!
ReplyDeleteIt's on fire!!! I love it.
ReplyDeleteGood eye. MB
tres reussie ;O)
ReplyDeleteTravelling fairs were often the high light at this time of year especially for the smaller towns. As a child they were fascinating on dark cold winter evenings.
ReplyDeleteI agree about the fairs, but they are really a precious source of interesting shots. Like this one.
ReplyDeleteembrasement de la ville !!
ReplyDeletec'est la révolution
Scary reflection. Know what you mean about funfairs, but they can be - well, fun!
ReplyDeleteLike you I am not a fan of fairs, but they do make for great photo opportunities, and rain makes it twice as good because of the reflections. xxx
ReplyDeleteI'm with you - interesting to look at, but it's like someone stuck a vacuum cleaner hose in your wallet. Bugs Bunny!
ReplyDeleteCa va flamber aux machines à sous...
ReplyDeleteI think this is fabulous. Love the red, leaves, wet pavement and of course the reflection. I don't particularly like going to fairs either, but I agree about the picture opportunities.
ReplyDeleteWow vibrant colours in this picture and fantastic capture of those reflections inside that puddle! It's perfect!
ReplyDeleteHugs

Hooray for puddles! :) This turned out very well.
ReplyDeleteUm, it's red, right? A fun photograph. Good for the reflections collection.
ReplyDeleteI love the firey reds!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful explosion of color! Wonderful.

That is obviously the place to go if you want to have some colours for your photos :-)
ReplyDeleteIt must have rained shortly before you too this! Excellent photo...I really like the detail in the sculpture.
ReplyDeleteWe're still in Colorado. Denise is improving, but the rest of us have been sick. Hopefully, we'll get home next week. Thanks for caring!
Wow, red and yellow. Gorgeous!

It is interesting, isn't it, how there are things, people, events we don't like much but love to photograph! I wonder what that means? Good shot, Ciel.
ReplyDeleteWhat vibrant colors!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful reflection with all the colors of autumn. The pool of water in the foreground is powerful!
ReplyDeleteOh, the colors! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteYour picture looks so wonderfully vibrant! Beautiful reflection!
