  3. When we went to Paris, we knew nothing! I mean nothing! So, we were delighted to see how so many buildings are built around an inner area or courtyard, and I took photos like this, too.

  15. Ce pourrait être faubourg St Antoine et ce serait beaucoup moins classe (des ateliers ou quincailleries spécialisées par exemple)
    Un ancien hôtel avec tout pour loger la tribu ? Les écuries, les communs et l'habitation des maîtres ?
    (Ma photo d'aujourd'hui a des airs de celle-ci tu verras, mais c'est tout à fait différent : du nouveau qui fait vieux. Les différentes hauteurs d'étages alors qu'il y a des normes. Tu sauras lire la façade)

  16. @ all: this is just a building with apartments in it, probably built in the mid to late 18th century. Many houses in cities in France have inner courtyards, simply because a long time ago, that's where the horses would have been kept.
